摘要
为解决当前印染废水吸附材料处理效率低、时间长、吸附剂本身污染严重及难降解的问题,以玉米淀粉(CS)为固载基体,将β-环糊精(β-CD)和柠檬酸(CA)引入本聚合体系中,以柠檬酸(CA)作为交联剂,以次亚磷酸钠(SHP)作为催化剂,采用二分法完成β-环糊精固载玉米淀粉(C-β-CDP)的制备.探讨预聚体含量、预聚体和次亚磷酸钠的投放比例、反应温度和时间等因素对玉米淀粉固载β-环糊精的影响.结果表明:制备C-β-CDP的最佳工艺条件为预聚体质量分数为60%,nCA-β-CD∶nSHP=1∶0.33,反应温度为100℃,反应时间为30min.反应后出现了新的酯基,原有的结晶区被破坏,证明CS和β-CD之间发生了固载;以藏红花T为吸附对象,C-β-CDP的吸附过程更为符合Freundlich等温吸附方程,在温度为45℃时最大吸附量为14.747 2 mg/g,对藏红花T去除率为86.061 8%,吸附主要为环糊精对藏红花T的包覆,同时也包括化学吸附而并非分子扩散.
In order to solve the current low adsorption materials, low treatment efficiency of printing and dyeing wastewater, long time, serious pollution, and the problems of refractory adsorbent itself, with corn starch (CS) as a raw materi-al, the β- cyclodextrin (β-CD) and citric acid (CA) were introduced into the polymerization system by using cit-ric acid (CA) as crosslinking agent and hypophosphorous acid sodium (SHP) as catalyst, β-CD immobilized corrn starch was (C-β-CDP) prepared by using dichotomy complete. The effects of prepoly content,nCA-s-CD nSHP, the reaction temperature and time on the corn starch immobilized β-cyclodextrin were explored. The experi-mental results show that the optimum prepared conditions of corn starch immobilized β - cyclodextrin (C-β - CDP): prepolymer donor content of 60%, nCA-β-CD : nSHP = 1 : 0.33 , the reaction temperature was 100 ℃, the re-action time was 30 min. After the reaction, a new ester base appeared, the crystalline region was destroyed, showed that the crosslinking reaction happened between β-CD and starch. For adsorption of Saffron T, the ad-sorption process of C-β-CSP is more accord with the Freundlich isothermal adsorption equation, the maximum adsorption was 14.747 2 mg/g at 45 ℃, the dye removal rate was 86.061 8%, the adsorption for Saffron T mainly was cyclodextrin coated, as well as the chemical adsorption rather than molecular diffusion.
