世界经济的“新常态”与中国经济的“新常态”

“New Normal” of the World Economy and“ New Normal” of China's Economy

"新常态"是金融危机爆发以来国际经济界人士对世界经济走势的悲观预测,即世界经济将因发达国家惨淡的经济前景而一蹶不振。近年来,"新常态"概念逐步被"新中性"、"新平庸"等提法取代。促成这一变化的原因之一,就是"新常态"一词在中国被学者们赋予了新的内涵,并经习近平等中国领导人的阐释而成为点击量更高的热词之一。中国经济"新常态"是对中国经济高速增长结束后即将出现的新状态、新格局、新阶段的客观判断,显示了中国共产党和中国政府遵循客观规律、驾驭经济转型的积极姿态。认识、适应、引领"新常态"是当前和今后一个时期中国经济发展的大逻辑。

'New normal' is the pessimistic forecasts of figures in international economic operator for world economic trends since the financial crisis,namely the world economy will collapse because of the gloomy economic outlook in the developed countries. 'New normal' concept was once popular and in recent years was gradually replaced by the formulation of 'new neutrality' and 'new mediocrity'. One of the reasons contributed to this change was that 'new normal' was entrusted a new connotation by Chinese scholars and became one of the hottest words after interpreted by Xi Jinping and other Chinese leaders. 'New normal' of China's economy is an objective judgment to upcoming new state,new pattern and new stage after China's rapid economic growth and showed the CPC and Chinese government's positive attitudes to adhere to objective law and steer the economy transformation. To cognite,adapt and lead the 'new normal' is the great logic of China's economic development during the current and future periods.
