摘要
新中国成立之初,各项建设任务繁重而专业人才有限,由此催生了非常规培养人才的独特模式。地质队在培养人才方面的成就十分突出,如地质部直属的321地质队,在建队之初的几年时间里,不但完成了国家的重点勘探任务,保障了经济建设的需要,同时在培养地质技术工人、技术员与地质研究人才方面发挥了重要作用。考察分析321地质队这一时期的人员配置情况及其在培养练习生、高校毕业生的野外实践能力和科学研究能力方面的机制与成效,有利于总结这类人才培养模式的利弊得失。
In the early of new China,construction tasks were heavy and professional talents were limited,which had given rise to a unique unconventional talents training mode. Geological team achievements in training talents was very outstanding,such as 321 Geological Team directly under the Ministry of Geology not only completed the Country's most important exploration tasks and ensured the needs of economic construction,at the same time played an important role in training geological technical workers,technicians and geological research talents in a few years with its establishment. Reviewing and analysing 321 Geological Team's personel allocation and its mechanism and achievements in the fields of cultivating trainee and college graduates' field practice ability and scientific research ability were in favor of summarizing the pros and cons of this kind of training mode.
