20世纪60年代国民经济调整时期,中共北京市委提出和确立"高精尖"工业发展方针,采取发展"高精尖"工业项目、大力推进技术革新和技术革命、压缩工业基本建设战线、组织电子工业两次大会战等措施,努力推进"高精尖"工业发展,使北京工业不仅在数量上有很大增长,结构上有重大变化,水平也有显著提高。这些经验对当前北京疏解非首都功能、推动京津冀协同发展具有一定的启发和借鉴意义。

During the period of national economy adjustment in the 1960 s,Beijing municipal Party committee put forward and established the industrial development policy of 'high-grade,precision and advanced',adapted to develop 'high-grade,precision and advanced' industrial projects,vigorously promoted new technological innovation and technological revolution,cut down industrial infrastructure fronts,organized two battles in electronics industry and others in order to promote the development of 'high-grade,precision and advanced' industry,which made Beijing industry not only increase a lot in number,has a major change in structure and has improved significantly. The experience has certain enlightenment and reference to relieve the non-capital function and promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei nowadays.
