双重身份识别方法在人类辅助生殖技术患者安全管理中的应用

Application of dual identity recognition method in the safety management of human assisted reproductive technology

目的探讨双重身份识别方法在人类辅助生殖技术(assisted reproductive technology,ART)患者安全管理中的作用。方法在ART患者身份安全管理中,四川大学华西第二医院生殖医学中心2015年之前采用证件识别方法,2015年开始采用证件识别和指纹识别两种方法,分别于建档日和手术日对患者夫妇进行身份识别。结果 2014年证件识别16 652人,平均处理时间2 min/人,其中证件识别身份疑问者128人,平均处理时间15 min/人;2015年双重身份识别20 044人,平均处理时间2.2 min/人,其中证件识别身份疑问者135人,平均处理时间2.5 min/人。使用双重身份识别方法后,对证件识别身份有疑问患者的平均处理时间从15 min/人缩短至2.5min/人,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论双重身份识别方法在ART患者安全管理中的运用是安全的,可提高工作效率,值得推广。

Objective To explore the role of dual identification in safety management of assisted reproductive technology （ART） patients. Methods In the management of identity security of ART patients, Centre for Reproductive Medicine of West China Second Hospital, Sichuan University adopted the method of document identification on the day of establishing archives and operations before 2015. Since 2015 we have added fingerprint identification in the procedure（dual identification）. Results In 2014, we identified 16 652 persons, and the average processing time was about 2 minutes / person. Among the 16 652 persons we found some doubts in the documents of 128 persons,and we spent about 15 minutes to identify them by repeated inquiries and checking their archives. In 2015, we identified 20 044 persons using the dual identification, and the average processing time was about 2.2 minutes / person. Among the 20 044 persons we found some doubts in the documents of 135 persons, and we spent about 2.5 minutes to identify them by fingerprint identification. The average processing time was reduced from 15 minutes / person to 2.5 minutes / person, and the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion By dual identification, we improve our work efficiency in the management of identity security of ART patients. It should be promoted in ART centers.
