Progress in Clinical Application of True Warrior Decoction in Treating Cardiovascular Diseases

真武汤治疗肾阳虚衰导致的各种类型心血管疾病取得了显著疗效。但上述研究也存在一些问题:1实验设计不尽合理,大多未采用盲法,部分未设对照组;2用药剂量多凭医者经验,缺乏客观依据;3疗效评价多为临床症状积分等主观指标,缺乏客观疗效评价标准;4真武汤方中附子为毒性药物,上述研究大多未进行安全性评价;5多数研究未进行随访,无长期疗效观察;6多数研究样本例数较少,研究结果可能出现一定的偏倚。下一步可以将临床研究与基础研究结合起来,进行真武汤的作用机理研究、物质基础研究、配伍规律研究;同时做好临床疗效的客观评价、安全性评价及长期疗效随访,进一步阐明真武汤方剂的临床疗效及作用机制。

True Warrior Decoction has achieved remarkable curative effect on treating various types of cardiovascular diseases caused by kidney yang deficiency, but there are some problems in the study：（1）The experimental designs are not reasonahle, be- cause most are not blinded, and part of them have not designed the control group. （2）The dose mostly depends on the medical ex- perience,and lacks of objective basis. （3）The efficacy evaluation mainly depends on clinical symptoms and other subjective indica- tors, and lacks of objective evaluation criteria. （4）In True Warrior Decoction, Fuzi （ Radix Aeoniti Lateralis Praeparata ） is a kind of toxic drug, but most of the researches have not mentioned its safety evaluation. （5）Most studies have not had follow-ups, and the long-term efficacy observation. （6）Most studies have the small sample size, and the results may have some bias. So in the future, the clinical research and basic research should be combined to research functional mechanism, basic research, material compatibility law of True Warrior Decoction. At the same time ,objective evaluation of clinical efficacy,safety evaluation and long-term follow-up should be made well to further clarify the clinical curative effect and functional mechanism of True Warrior Decoction.
