殷克敬运用针药结合治疗小儿癫痫36例

Thirty-Six Cases of Pediatric Epilepsy Treated with Acupuncture in Combination with Medicine by Yin Ke-jing

目的:观察殷克敬教授运用针药结合治疗小儿癫痫的临床疗效。方法:选取陕西中医学院第二附属医院殷克敬传承工作室和陕西中医学院门诊部治疗的癫痫患儿36例。所有患儿均给予针刺配合蠲痰抗痫汤治疗。结果:36例患儿经2个疗程治疗后,基本痊愈16例,显效9例,有效8例,无效3例,有效率达91.7%。结论:殷克敬教授运用针药结合治疗小儿癫痫疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of pediatric epilepsy treated with acupuncture in combination with medicine by Professor Yin Ke-jing. Methods：Thirty-six patients with pediatric epilepsy who were treated in Yin Ke-jing heritage studio of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Shaanxi College of TCM and outpatient department of Shaanxi College of TCM were cho- sen as the research subjects. AU the patients were given acupuncture in combination with Decoction of Removing Phlegm and Re- sisting Epilepsy （DRPRE）. Results：Mter 2 courses of treatment,among 36 cases, 16 were cured,9 cases were markedly effec- tive,8 cases were effective,3 cases were ineffective, and the effective rate was 91.7%. Conclusion：Professor Yin Ke-jing＇s acu- puncture in combination with medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on pediatric epilepsy.
