针灸歌赋中“心病”治疗用穴规律分析

An Analysis of he Rules of Acupoints Use for Treating "Heart Diseases" in the Verses of Acupuncture and Moxibustion

目的:分析针灸歌赋中"心病"治疗的用穴规律。方法:选择治疗疾病相关的17首针灸歌赋,建立了"临床治疗相关的针灸歌赋数据库",以"心"为检索词,利用"疾病名称"字段进行数据检索,根据检索所得文献进行归纳分析。结果:在针灸治疗相关的歌赋中,与"心病"治疗相关的歌赋12首,涉及处方26张,去其重复,共有处方22张,涉及穴位24个(34穴次,包括一个经外奇穴),涉及经脉11条,涉及病证名称主要有心痛、心胸热、肾气冲心、心悸、心痛翻胃、心胆虚、烦心等。结论:针灸治疗"心病"的用穴,有循经取穴、远道取穴、阴经取穴为主的特点;通里、少海、大陵、少冲、劳宫、心俞、足三里组合应用,可作为治疗现代心脏病的基础取穴。

Objective ：To analyze the ru]e of aeupoints use for treating heat1 diseases in the verses of acupuncture and muxibuslion. Methods ：Seventeen verses of acupuncture and moxibustion were selected to establish ＂clinically relevant data base of the vexes of acupuncture and moxibustion＂. Choosing ＂ heart＂ as the key word for data retrieval,then the literatures from the retrieval were summarized and analyzed. Results：In these retrieved verses,there were 12 verses referring to treatment of heart diseases, including 26 acupoints prescriptions,in which 4 were repeated,and there were 22 prescriptions involving 24 acupoints （34 acupoinls num- ber,including one extra aeupoint） anti 11 meridians. The major disease syndromes included cardindynia, heal syndrome of heart and breast,kidney qi uprushing the heart, palpitalion,cardiodynia and nausea,deficiency of heart and gallbladder and w.xation, el（＇. Conclusion：The characteristics of acupoints for treating heart diseases in acupuncture verses included selecting aeupoinls a- hmg the meridians,fi＇om the distal areas and fro,n yin meridians. Tongli （ HT 5 ） , Shaohai （ HT 3 ） , Daling （ PC 7 ） , Shaoehong （HT9）, Laogong （PC 8）, Xinshu （BL 15 ） and Zusanli （ST 36 ） can be regarded as the basic acupoints fnr heart diseases.
