颅内血肿清除术结合纠瘫培元汤治疗高血压脑出血40例

Forty Cases of Hypertensive Cerebral Hemorrhage Treated with Intracranial Hematoma in Combination Jiutan Peiyuan Decoction

目的:观察颅内血肿清除术结合纠瘫培元汤治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2014年3月—2015年4月收治的高血压脑出血患者80例,所有患者均行头颅CT检查符合高血压、脑出血相关诊断标准,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组40例。对照组患者采用单纯的手术治疗,观察组患者在对照组治疗的基础上加用纠瘫培元汤治疗。结果:观察组神经功能缺损程度评分优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效率92.5%,对照组有效率75.0%,观察组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:颅内血肿清除术结合纠瘫培元汤治疗高血压脑出血疗效显著。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of intracranial hematoma in combination Jiutan Peiyuan Decoction （JT- PYD） on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage. Methods：Eighty patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage who were treated in our hospital and underwent cranial CT examination in accordance with the relevant diagnostic criteria of hypertension and cerebral hem- orrhage,between March 2014 and April 2015 were chosen as the research subjects,and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group. The ones in the control group treated with surgery alone,while the ones in the observation group were added JTPYD based on the treatment of the control group. Results ：The observation group＇s neurological impairment score was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.05 ） ;The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, while that of the control group was 75% ; And the observation group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion： Intracranial hematoma in combination JTPYD has a remarkable clinical curative effect on hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage.
