茯贞膏治疗EPO拮抗的肿瘤相关性贫血临床研究

The Clinical Research into Cancer Related Anemia of EPO Antagonism Treated with Fu Zhen Ointment

目的:观察茯贞膏治疗红细胞生成素(Erythropoietin,EPO)拮抗的肿瘤相关性贫血的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年3月—2015年2月襄阳市中医院肿瘤科就诊的CRA且进行EPO治疗8周无效的患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组28例和研究组32例。对照组给予输血、补充铁剂等常规治疗,研究组给予茯贞膏口服治疗。结果:研究组痊愈率18.75%,有效率81.25%,对照组痊愈率3.57%,有效率46.43%,研究组优于对照组(P<0.01);研究组治疗后KSP评分、中医证候积分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗后Hb、WBC及RET水平与治疗前比较均有明显上升(P<0.05),且研究组优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组治疗后CD8、CD4/CD8均优于对照组(P<0.05);研究组输血率及不良反应发生率均小于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:茯贞膏治疗EPO拮抗的肿瘤相关性贫血疗效显著,可以有效改善患者临床症状,提高患者生存质量,并且能通过改善T淋巴细胞水平以提高机体免疫力。

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Fu Zhen Ointment （FZO） on cancer related anemia （CRA） of Erythropoietin （EPO） antagonism. Methods：Sixty patients with CRA who were accepted EPO without efficiency for 8 weeks in Tumor Department of Xiangyang City TCM Hospital between March 2014 and Feb. 2015 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the control group and the research group according to random number table method, with 28 and 32 cases respectively in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine treatment such as blood transfu- sion,iron supplement,etc. ,while the ones in the research group were treated with FZO. Resuhs：The cure rate and the effective rate of the research group were 18.75% and 81.25% respectively,while those of the control group were 3.57% and 46.43% re- spectively;And the research group was better than the control group （P 〈0.01 ）. After the treatment,the research group＇s KSP score and TCM syndrome score were ,all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. The two groups＇ HB, WBC and RET levels all increased obviously than before the treatment; And the research group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. CD8 and CD4/CD8 of the research group were all better than those of tile control group （ P 〈 O. 05 ）. The incidence of transfusion rate and adverse reaction rate in the research group were less than those in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： FZO has a remarkable clinical curative effect on cancer related anemia （CRA） of Erythropoietin （EPO） antagonism,can effectively improve the patients＇ clinical symptoms, and survival quality, and the immunity of the body by improving the level of T lymphocytes.
