益气活血通脉方治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症84例

Eighty-Four Cases of Arteriosclerosis Occlusive Disease of Lower Extremity due to Diabetes Treated with Decoction of Supplementing qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Unblocking Meridians

目的:观察益气活血通脉方治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症的临床疗效。方法:选取本院2012年10月—2014年10月治疗的糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症患者168例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组84例。对照组给予西医常规对症治疗,观察组在对照组治疗的基础上给予益气活血通脉方治疗。结果:观察组治疗后三酰甘油、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白水平优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后股动脉、足背动脉血管内径、峰值流速、血流量均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组治疗后踝肱指数、疼痛评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血通脉方治疗糖尿病下肢动脉硬化闭塞症疗效显著,能够改善患者股动脉和足背动脉血流量和血流速度,提升踝肱指数,减轻患者疼痛程度。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of Decoction of Supplementing qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Unblocking Meridians on arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower extremity due to diabetes. Methods：One hundred and sixty- eight patients with arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower extremity due to diabetes who were treated in our hospital between Oct. 2012 and Oct. 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 84 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given routine Western medicine for symptomatic treatment, while the ones in the observation group were added Decoction of Supplementing qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Unbloek- ing Meridians based on the treatment of the control group. Results： After the treatment, triglyceride, cholesterol .high density lipo- protein levels of the observation group were better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） ;The femoral artery, the dorsal artery of foot diameter, the peak velocity and blood flow of the observation group were all better than those of the control group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ;The ankle brachial index, pain score of the observation group were all better than those of the control group （P 〈0.05 ）. Conclusion：Decoction of Supplementing qi and Activating Blood Circulation and Unblocking Meridians has a remarkable chnical curative effect on arteriosclerosis occlusive disease of lower extremity due to diabetes, can improve the patients＇ femoral artery and dorsal artery blood flow and blood flow velocity,enhance the ankle brachial index,and reduce their degree of pain.
