中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤80例

Eighty Cases of Uterine Myoma Treated with Combined Therapy of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤的临床疗效。方法:选取2014年1—8月就诊的子宫肌瘤患者160例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组各80例。对照组口服米非司酮片,观察组在对照组的基础上中医辨证治疗。观察两组患者的临床疗效及治疗前后子宫肌瘤体积、激素水平变化情况。结果:观察组有效率为96.25%,对照组有效率为81.25%,两组患者临床疗效比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在子宫肌瘤体积变化、激素水平改善、不良反应发生率等方面情况明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗子宫肌瘤疗效确切,可调节患者内分泌,发挥活血化瘀、软坚散结的作用。

Objective ：To observe the clinical curative effect of combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine on u- terine myoma. Methods：One hundred and sixty patients who were treated in our hospital between Jan. 2014 and August 2014 were chosen as the research subjects, and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 80 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given mifepristone tablets for oral administration, while the ones in the observation group were added TCM treatment based on syndrome differentiation on the basis of the treatment of the control group. Then the two groups＇ clinical curative effects, changes of uterine fibroids volume, hormone levels before and ＇after the treatment were observed. Results ：The effective rate of the observation group was 96.25% ,while that of the control group was 81.25% ;And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In terms of the uterine fibroids volume change,hormone level improvement, adverse reaction rate and other aspects, the observation group was significantly better than the control group; And the difference between them had statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Combined therapy of traditional Chinese and Western medicine has a remarkable clinical curative effect on uterine myoma, can regulate the endocrine, play the role of promoting blood circula- tion, and resolve hard mass.
