厘正腰奇穴定位之管见

Shallow Opinion on Location of Yaoqi Point

腰奇穴位于"尾骨端直上2寸,两骶角之间的凹陷处"。但因惯性理解的原因,若将"尾骨端"认为是"尾骨上端",再直上2寸,则腰奇穴应在第2、第3骶椎棘突之间,于腰俞之上,而不是在两骶角之间的凹陷中。这样就导致了在教材编写时及临床取穴时产生了偏差。以腰奇穴最早出处的论述和腰俞穴为准,"尾骨端"宜明确为"尾骨尖端",腰奇穴的定位应在"后正中线上,尾骨尖端直上两寸,两骶角之间的凹陷中,腰俞之下"。如此表述,将让初学者及临床医师更能明确其定位,取穴精准。

Yaoqi point （Ex-B 9） lies in ＂ 2 cun above coccyx end,between the depression of the two sacral horns. ＂ But due to the inertia of understanding,if ＂coccyx end＂ is regarded as 2 tun above ＂the coccyx tip＂ ,Yaoqi point should lie in the spinous process between the 2nd and the 3rd sacral vertebrae, above Yaoshu （ GV 2）. instead of between the depression of the two sacral horns, which easily leads to the deviation in compiling teaching materials and selecting clinical points. According to the earliest source dis- cussion and the location of Yaoshu,＂coccyx end＂ should be defined as ＂the coccyx tip＂ ,and the location of Yaoqi point should be ＂ in the middle line of back,2 cun above coccyx tip,between the depression of the two sacral horns,and below Yaoshu. ＂ Such ex- pression will allow beginners and clinicians to be more able to clear its positioning,and find it quickly with precision.
