经络刮痧配合透灸足浴治疗慢性疲劳综合征临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome Treated with Scraping Along the Meridian in Combination with Point-Penetrating Moxibustion and Foot Bath

目的:观察经络刮痧配合透灸足浴治疗慢性疲劳综合征的临床疗效。方法:选取2011年10月—2013年10月在成都市新都区中医医院、成都市温江区红十字医院、成都市青白江区妇幼保健院门诊和住院治疗的慢性疲劳综合征患者60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组给予经络刮痧配合透灸足浴治疗,对照组给予西药对症治疗。结果:治疗组治疗后VAS评分优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后FS-14评分优于对照组(P<0.05);两组情绪疗效比较,治疗组有效率93.3%,对照组有效率60.0%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05);两组临床疗效比较,治疗组有效率96.7%,对照组有效率66.7%,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:经络刮痧配合透灸足浴治疗慢性疲劳综合征疗效显著。

Objective： To observe the clinical curative effect of scraping along the meridian in combination with point-penetrating moxibustion and foot bath on chronic fatigue syndrome （CFS）, Methods：Sixty patients with CFS who received outpatient and inpa- tient treatment in Xindu District TCM Hospital of Chengdu, Chengdu, The Red Cross Hospital of Wenjiang District of Chengdu,or Qingbaijiang District Maternal and child health care hospital of Chengdu between Oct. 2011 and Oct. 2013 were chosen as the re- search subjects,and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 30 cases in each group. The ones in the control group were given Western medicine symptomatic treatment, while the ones in the treatment group were scraping along the meridian in combination with point-penetrating moxibustion and foot bath. Results：After the treatment,the treatment group＇s VAS score was better than that of the control group （P 〈0. 05 ）. Its FS-14 was also better than that of the control group （P 〈 0.05）. In terms of emotion curative effect, the effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%, while that of the control group was 60. 0% ; And the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. In In terms of clinical curative effect, the effective rate of the treatment group was 96.7% ,while that of the control group was 66.7% ;Andthe treatment group was better than the control group （P〈 0. 05）. Conclusion：Scraping along the meridian in combination with point-penetrating moxibustion and foot bath has a remarkable clinical curative effect on chrortic fatigue syndrome.
