摘要
吩胺霉素是我国具有自主知识产权的新型抗生素类杀菌剂.选取番茄及三类理化性质不同的土壤为研究对象,建立了吩胺霉素在上述基质中的液相色谱检测方法.土壤中吩胺霉素选择混合液(V氨水:V乙醇:V二氯甲烷=1:2:3)振荡提取,番茄中吩胺霉素采用乙腈振荡提取,碱性氧化铝柱净化.土壤与番茄中的平均回收率分别为80.2%~95.7%和80.1%~85.6%,RSD(相对标准偏差)分别为2.14%~4.17%和4.12%~5.17%.吩胺霉素的最小检出量为0.2ng,在基质中最低检测限为0.01mg/kg.本方法简单可靠,基质效应弱,符合农药残留分析要求,可用于土壤和番茄中吩胺霉素的残留检测.
Phenazine-l-carboxamide is a new pesticide. This paper evaluates the residue of phenazine-1- carboxamide in tomato and three kinds of soils. New methods for determining phenazine-l-carboxamide residue in these matrices were developed by high performance liquid chromatography detection. Phenazine- 1-carboxamides from soil with ammonia water + ethanol + dichloromethane = 1 +2 +3 (v/v) and from tomato with acetonitrile were exacted, followed by chromatography columns (basic aluminum) cleanup. The mean recoveries of phenazine-l-carboxamide in soil and tomato were 80.2% to 95.7% and 80.1% to 85.6~~ respectively, while the relative standard deviations were 2.14% to 4.17% and 4.12% to 5.17%, respectively. The minimum detectable quantity of phenazine-l-carboxamide was 0.2 ng, and the limit ofdetection was 0. 01 mg/kg. In a whole, this method is simple and reliable, and has weak matrix effects, which satisfies the requirement of pesticide residue analysis. It is applicable to determine the phenazine-1- carboxamide residues in soil and tomato.
