激光精密测量技术在大型水轮发电机组安装中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 为提高大型水轮发电机组安装的测量精度和效率,提出了AT901-LR激光跟踪仪测量方法,即利用Leica公司生产的AT901-LR跟踪仪配合T-Probe、球棱镜、基座及专用工装,采用统一的三维控制网的点位布设,通过对水轮机部件、发电机定子组装过程测量的实际应用,并与测圆架测量结果进行比较。结果表明,测量结果偏差极小,精度高,符合现场安装要求,从而验证了AT901-LR激光跟踪仪测量方法具有较高的精度,这也为大型水电机组安装提供了一种新型的测量工具和测量方法。 In order to improve the accuracy and efficiency of large hydraulic turbine generator set installation,this paper proposes a measurement technique of AT901-LR laser tracker.Combining the Leica's AT901-LR laser tracker with T-Probe,ball prism,base and special tooling,uniform three-dimensional control network is used to arrange points' position.It is applied to measure the installation of water turbine components and generator stator assembly process.Compared with the results of the circular plane measurement,it shows that the measurement deviation has high precision,and conforms to the installation requirements.Thus,the AT901-LR laser tracker measurement method has relatively high accuracy,which provides a new measurement tool and methods for installation of large hydraulic turbine generator set.
