提升高职学生口头表达自信力方式研究

Research on ways to improve students' self-confidence of oral expression in higher vocational colleges

高职院校学生的口头表达能力对于提升职业能力的重要性已被人们广泛认识,但是他们在初高中学习阶段,由于学习习惯和学习能力的原因,较少成为注视中心,演讲时往往表现出信心不足、胆怯恐惧的心理。因而,如何提高学生口头表达自信力成为演讲与口才教学过程中的重要环节。笔者结合20多年的教学经验,从加强高职学生口头表达能力自信心的角度提出切实可行的教学方法。

Nowadays, it has been widely recognized that higher vocational college students＇ oral expression ability is very important for improving the ability of occupation, but because of the study habits and learning capacity in the high school, they seldom have the chance to perform an oral speech. When they do, they may be timid and lack of confidence. Hence, how to improve students＇ oral expression ability has become very important in teaching. With 20 years of teaching experience, the author puts forward effective teaching methods to strengthen the students＇ self-confidence of oral expression.
