学生党员协助管理顶岗实习的意义和途径研究——以酒店管理专业为例

顶岗实习是高职教育的重要特色,也是高职学生将所学知识和企业实际工作需要相结合的一条重要途径。然而,在近年来的顶岗实习组织过程中,出现了学生对实习不理解、对困难难以克服等情况,严重影响了实习效果。学生党员是学生中的先进分子,探索学生党员对顶岗实习的协助管理途径,对顶岗实习的组织和效果都有积极的作用。

Internship is a significant feature of higher vocational education and also a very important way for higher vocational students to combine the learned knowledge with the practical work. However, many students can＇t reach expected goal because of all sorts of reasons in recent years. Student Party members are advanced elements of the students. Exploring ways for them to assist internship management is positive and effective for the internship organization.
