“互联网+”背景下高职院校移动互联网创新人才培养机制研究

Research on training mechanism of mobile Internet innovation talents in higher vocational colleges under the background of “Internet+”

针对目前移动互联网人才需求紧缺的问题,对"互联网+"背景下高职院校移动互联网创新人才培养机制进行研究。立足现状,分析当前移动互联网产业人才相关政策,从专业共建机制、教师培养聘用与评价机制、质量评价体系、教学管理沟通机制等四个领域构建移动互联网协同创新人才培养机制,从特长生培养工作室、移动互联网创新平台、创业导师制三个方面完善创业教育体系,以期能够对"互联网+"背景下高职院校移动互联网创新人才培养工作提供一些参考和启示。

In view of the current shortage of mobile Internet talent demand, this paper does some research on the mechanism of mobile Internet innovation talents cultivation in higher vocational colleges under the background of ＂Internet＋＂. This paper analyzes the current policies of mobile Internet industry and constructs the talents training mechanism from four aspects： professional co-construction mechanism, teachers training, employment and evaluation mechanism, quality evaluation system and teaching management communication mechanism. It also tries to perfect the entrepreneurial education system from three aspects： classy students training studio, mobile Internet innovation platform and entrepreneurial mentor system. In this way, some reference can be provided for the mobile Internet innovative talents training in higher vocational colleges under the background of ＂Internet＋＂.
