高职院校学生创业就业问题及对策研究

Study on problems and countermeasures of students' entrepreneurship and employment in higher vocational colleges

随着经济的迅速发展,学生创业就业难已成为高校普遍关注的问题。高校通过积极开展毕业生创业就业调查工作,为院校教育体系改革、创业基地建设和提升职业核心能力培养水平提供参考。然而,如何提高学生创业就业能力不仅是理论认知问题,更是实践问题。高校应以学生为本,理顺创业就业指导思路,加强思想政治教育和职业指导工作体系创新,完善学校创业实践基地建设,引导学生转变观念,提高创业就业能力,实现高职毕业生创业与就业。

With the rapid development of economy, the employment of students has become a common concern of colleges and universities. Through the investigation of graduates＇ entrepreneurship and employment, the university can provide reference for the reform of educational system, the construction of entrepreneurial base and the improvement of vocational core competence. However, how to improve students＇ employability is not only a theoretical cognitive problem, but also a practical problem. The university should be student-oriented, straighten out the guiding idea of starting an undertaking and employment, strengthen the innovation of ideological and political education and vocational guidance system, perfect the construction of practice base and guide students to change their concepts, improve their employability and realize the employment and employment of graduates.
