基于应用型人才培养的金融英语教学改革研究

Research on reform in financial English teaching on basis of cultivation of practical personnel

经济一体化以及金融全球化的不断发展,要求金融人才具备较高的外语能力,因此,高校的金融英语教学必须进行改革,以便培养出既熟悉金融业务又能熟练运用英语的复合型人才。文章主要针对金融英语教学工作中存在的问题进行了研究分析,并且依据实际情况提出了一些改进措施,希望推动金融英语教学改革工作的开展,培养出应用型的金融英语人才。

With the development of economic integration and financial globalization, we need financial talents who are good at English, and it requires the financial English teaching should be reformed to cultivate compound talents who are good at both financial businesses and English. The paper analyzes some problems existing in financial English teaching, puts forward some measures to solves those problems in view of the real situation and the author hopes to be helpful to the reform of financial English teaching to cultivate practical financial English talents.
