摘要
大量国际EPC水电项目实践经验表明,分包合同管理是总包商项目管理活动范围内核心工作内容之一,其贯穿于项目整个实施阶段。本文就非洲某EPC水电项目中设计分包、施工分包、物资及设备供应商的选择及合同管理中的重难点与细节进行分析与探讨,通过有效的分包合同管理降低主合同实施风险,控制项目成本,获取预期利润,提高合同管理水平。
The huge amount of experience of international EPC hydropower projects indicates that the subcontracting management is one of the core activities during the contractor's management which will accompany the total project implementation process.This article is to analyze and discuss the difficulties and details in the contract management,the design subcontract and construction subcontract,as well as material and equipment suppliers' selection.The effective subcontracting management can reduce the contract risk and control the cost,which is beneficial for the anticipated profit and contract control management.
