The huge amount of experience of international EPC hydropower projects indicates that the subcontracting management is one of the core activities during the contractor＇s management which will accompany the total project implementation process.This article is to analyze and discuss the difficulties and details in the contract management,the design subcontract and construction subcontract,as well as material and equipment suppliers＇ selection.The effective subcontracting management can reduce the contract risk and control the cost,which is beneficial for the anticipated profit and contract control management.
