腔内治疗双侧颈动脉狭窄2例并文献复习 被引量：2

摘要 临床资料 病例1：女，67岁，头晕1年。加重伴一过性言语不清1周入院，查体：无阳性神经系统定位体征。辅助检查：头颅CT示双侧基底节区腔隙性梗死，脑血管造影示双侧颈动脉重度狭窄；入院后经改善循环、抗血小板、调脂对症治疗症状无缓解，考虑左侧颈动脉狭窄程度较重且为责任病变。
