公共图书馆评估指标中的关键指标是整套指标的核心,是提纲挈领的指标。这些指标不仅最能较好地体现服务效能、业务建设以及保障条件的水平,而且在评估之后的工作中,将起到十分关键的作用。基于对第二、三、四、五次全国公共图书馆评估的关键指标的分析,以第六次公共图书馆试评估工作的相关数据为依据进行分析得出,第六次公共图书馆评估标准的关键指标应该以功能定位为原则,既要继承历次评估关键指标中稳定性较高的指标,同时也要考虑到公共图书馆事业发展的现实情况。关键指标可由保障条件、业务建设、服务效能等方面构成。

Key indicators of public library assessment are the core and framing of a set of indicators. The indicators embody service efficiency, profession development and guaratee condition level, which would play an important role in the future assessment. Based on the analysis of key indicators in the second, third, fourth and fifth national public library assessment, analyzing realtive data of the sixth national public library assessment, it could find that key indicators of the sixth assessment should be function-oriented, indicators with high stablity in previous assessment should be inherited, meanwhile actual situation of public library development should be taken into consideration. Key indicators could be consist of guaratee condition, profession development and service efficiency.
