台湾地区大专院校图书馆身心障碍者服务分析及启示

Analysis and Inspiration on the Disabled Reader Services in the University Library of Taiwan

台湾地区大专院校身心障碍者服务政策较为完善;大专院校的建筑设施和图书馆内辅助设备都充分考虑了身心障碍读者的需求,数字化资源建设和无障碍网页推广程度较高。借鉴其经验,大陆地区高校图书馆在开展身心障碍读者服务时,应制定完备的图书馆服务政策,丰富无障碍设施,完善残障文献资源建设,提供人性化的服务,加强两岸合作。

The service policy of the university disabled readers in Taiwan is relatively comprehensive. Needs of the disabled readers have been taken into fully account in university building facilities and library auxiliary equipments, and digital resource construction and barrier free webpage has a high promotion level. It can be used for reference for university libraries in mainland in carrying out service for the disabled readers, formulating complete library service policies, enriching barrier free facilities, perfecting document resource construction for the disabled people-oriented service, and strengthening cross-straights cooperation.
