The Transition Logic of Information Technology Promoting Educational Equity in the Whole Implementation Strategy

摘要 教育公平包括起点公平、过程公平、结果公平三个阶段。信息技术促进教育公平整体推进策略体现了"信息—知识—智慧"的转移逻辑。在起点公平阶段,通过教育信息资源共建共享互换和异地同步互动教学,促进教育资源均衡配置,实现人人享有优质教育资源;在过程公平阶段,通过智能化的教育信息资源主动推送,促进海量信息的精准获取,实现以人为本的教育服务个性化;在结果公平阶段,通过知识协作建构迁移和基于大数据的过程性评价,促进学习者获得自适应发展和客观科学的评价。信息技术促进教育公平的三个不同阶段构成了内在融贯的统一体,以科学合理的规划与设计,促进技术与教育的深度融合,体现认知建构的"信息—知识—智慧"内化流程。 Educational equity contains three stages,namely,starting point equity,process equity,and result equity.The whole implementation strategy of information technology promoting educational equity embodies the transition logic ofinformation-knowledge-wisdom. For starting point equity,information technology could guarantee universal access toquality educational resources by achieving balanced configuration of educational resources through co-constructing,sharing and exchanging educational information resources and conducting distance synchronous teaching. For processequity,information technology could bring quality individualized knowledge services to all learners by accurately pushingresources and knowledge services according to the learner's demands. For result equity,information technology could helplearners obtain self-adaptive development and objective assessment by facilitating knowledge collaborative building andtransfer,and implementing big-data-based formative assessment. The three stages are internally unified,which entailscientific and rational planning and designing to promote in-depth integration of technology and education in which theinternalization process from information,knowledge to wisdom is embodied.
