摘要
目的探讨人乳头状瘤病毒(HPV)感染与鼻内翻性乳头状瘤(NIP)的相关性及Ki-67、p21、环氧化酶-2(COX-2)的表达,分析其在NIP发生中的所起作用。方法收集2010年1月-2015年8月手术并病理确诊80例NIP患者病变标本为NIP组,同期鼻息肉行手术切除80例患者鼻息肉标本为对照(鼻息肉组),以聚合酶链反应(PCR)检测HPV感染状况,采用免疫组织化学法检测标本组织中Ki-67、p21、COX-2的表达。结果 NIP组46例检出HPV,感染率为57.50%,鼻息肉组21例检出HPV,感染率为26.25%;NIP组Ki-67、p21、COX-2阳性率均高于鼻息肉组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 HPV感染与NIP关系密切,随着NIP恶性程度及分期增高感染率明显增高,Ki-67、p21、COX-2的异常表达可能参与了NIP发病过程。
OBJECTIVE To explore the correlation of human papilloma virus(HPV)infection and nasal inverted papilloma(NIP)and expressions of Ki-67,p21 and cyclooxygenase-2(COX-2),and analyze their possible roles in the process of the NIP.METHODS Specimens of 80 cases of surgical and pathological diagnosis of NIP patients with lesions(NIP group)from Jan.2010 to Aug.2015 were collected,nasal polyps in 80 cases of patients did nasal polyps surgical resection were set as control group(nasal polyps group).HPV infection was detected by polymerase chain reaction(PCR),and expressions of Ki-67,p21 and COX-2in tissues of specimens were detected using immune histochemical method.RESULTS Totally 46 cases of HPV were detected in NIP group,with the infection rate of 57.50%,and 21 cases of HPV were detected in nasal polyps group,with the infection rate of 26.25%.The positive rates of Ki-67,p21 and COX-2in NIP group were all higher than those in nasal polyps group,the difference between the two groups was significant(P〈0.05).CONCLUSION HPV infection is closely related with NIP,the infection rate increased significantly with the degree of malignancy and the stage of NIP,and the abnormal expressions of Ki-67,p21 and COX-2may be involved in the pathogenesis of NIP.
