飞行检查长效机制管理模式的应用效果研究

Application effect of management mode of establishing longterm mechanism of flying inspection

目的探索妇幼保健医院感染管理院级督导检查机制,促进医院感染管理的持续质量改进。方法 2015年1月-12月每月开展1次飞行检查,每次检查一个组,第二个月对该组进行复查,每次检查的内容、方法完全相同;对每两次检查的结果进行比较,判断通过飞行检查及后续的工作是否达到促进持续质量改进的效果。结果复查手卫生依从性、洗手正确性、院感知识知晓率、工作状态中物体表面合格率和医务人员手合格率均较初查有所提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结合等级评审建立飞行检查长效机制,以促进医院感染管理工作持续质量改进。

OBJECTIVE To explore the supervision and inspection mechanism of hospital-acquired infection management of maternal and child health hospital, in order to promote continuous quality improvement of hospital-acquired infection control. METHODS The flying inspections were carried out once a month in 2015, with one group a time, and reviewed it next month, which shared the same content and methods. The results of the each two inspections were compared to understand whether the effect of continuous quality improvement could he achieved through flying inspections and subsequent work. RESULTS Compared with the first inspection, the review inspection of the hand hygiene compliance, hand-washing correctness, the awareness rate of hospital-acquired infection, the sampling qualified rate of body surface and hands in working condition increased, with significant differences （P〈0.05）. CONCLUSION Long-term mechanism of flying inspection combined with hospital grade assessment should be established to facilitate the continuous quality improvement of hospital-acquired infection management.
