Compared to traditional mercerizing machine, the LMH212 water-saving mercerizing machine has improved washing box structure, reduced washing tank size, additional strong spray device with cir culating filter, addition of micro arc rod with expansion and water scraping function, and improved terminal single point water supply with automatic measurement and quantitative control function. Practice shows that the production efficiency of LMH212 mercerizing machine improves 33.33%, the unit capacity increases about 2.4× 10^4 m a day, water consumption is reduced 38.4 m3 a day, steam consumption is reduced 4.6 t a day, and sewage emission load is reduced about 38.4 t a day. The machine not only saves the production cost, but also reduces the sewage disposal load.
