扶正敛汗液外敷改善肿瘤放疗期间自汗盗汗患者生活质量的临床研究

Clinical study on the improvement of tumor patient's quality of life during radiotherapy by external applying of strengthening and astringe sweat mixture

目的观察扶正敛汗液外敷对肿瘤放疗期间自汗盗汗患者生活质量的影响。方法选取放疗期间出现自汗盗汗的患者69例,按照随机数字表法,分为对照组34例和观察组35例。对照组给予口服生脉胶囊,观察组采用自制的扶正敛汗液外敷,治疗2个疗程后比较治疗前后两组生活质量、身体功能状态、自汗盗汗近期疗效以及不良反应发生率,评估用药安全性。结果治疗后,观察组患者总体生活质量评分及KPS得分均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者近期有效率分别为:观察组91.43%,对照组85.29%,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组在治疗期间均未发生不良反应。结论扶正敛汗液敷脐对肿瘤患者放疗期间出现的自汗盗汗疗效确切,能有效提高患者的生活质量,改善健康状况,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effects of strengthening and astringe sweat mixture on quality of life for patients with spontaneous sweating during radiotherapy.Methods 69 cases of radiotherapy patients with spontaneous sweating was selected and divided into group according to the random number table,34 cases in control group and 35 cases in observation group.patients in control group was given oral Sheng Mai capsules,patients in observation group was received the self-made strengthening and astringe sweat mixture.The quality of life,physical function,sweating efficacy and the incidence of adverse reactions was evaluated to assess the drug safety before and after treatment after 2courses of treatment for the two group.Results After treatment,the overall quality of life score and KPS score for observation group were higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.The recent effective rates were91.43%in the observation group,85.29%for control group.There was no significant difference between the two groups（P〉0.05）.There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment period.Conclusion The curative effect of strengthening and astringe sweat mixture on spontaneous sweating and night sweats for tumor patients during radiotherapy was exactly.It can effectively improve the quality of life and health.It is worthy of popularization and application.
