论中国现代官办文化产业的命运及其启示——以晚清“官书局”为研究中心

Discussion of Chinese Modern Official Cultural Industries' Fate and Its Enlightenment——Focus on Official Publish Houses in Late- Qing Dynasty

"官书局"是中国现代官办文化产业的重要组成,它既包括"译书官局"、"省办官书局",也包括"戊戌变法"时期成立的"光绪官书局"。"官书局"存在时间长、规模庞大,但受制于落后的封建制度,使其影响力却颇为有限,最终不得不为民办出版文化产业让道,并走向了覆灭的结局。"官书局"的命运反映了现代文化产业要发展壮大,必须要具备现代性与市民性这两个基本属性。

The Official Publish Houses（Guanshuju） was the important constitution of Chinese Modem Official Cultural Industries, it included Official Translate Bureaus, State Official Publish Houses and Kuang - hsu Official Publish Houses. The Official Publish Houses existed for a long time with a large scale, but it was handicapped by backward political system and had limited influence. It finally collapsed and made the way for civilian -run cultural industries. The Official Publish Houses＇late showed the fact that the modernity and civilization should be included if modem cultural industries wants to be developed and be stronger.
