摘要
采用测力仪,表面粗糙度仪、三维表面轮廓仪、透射电镜等对T6和T6I4态7055铝合金的切削加工性能进行研究,分析了时效工艺对7055铝合金加工性能的影响。结果表明,由于T6I4态7055铝合金的析出更加细小密集,T6I4态7055铝合金硬度和强度高于T6态,T6I4态切削表层显微硬度高于T6态;在相同切削条件下,T6I4态的切削力比T6态的切削力小,T6I4态表面粗糙度较T6态低,具有较好的加工质量;在切削热的影响下T6I4态比T6态更易发生回归,因此T6I4态7055铝合金的切削力小于T6态。
Effects of T6 and T6I4 aging heat treatment on machinability of 7055 aluminum alloy were investigated by means of digital cutting force gauge,surface roughness tester,3D surface profiler and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The results show that the hardness and strength of the 7055 alloy after T6I4 treatment are higher than that of after T6 treatment at the same cutting parameter because the precipitates in7055 alloy after T6I4 treatment are finer and denser,and the hardness of machined surface is higher than that of after T6 treatment. The cutting force and surface roughness of the alloy after T6I4 treatment are lower than that of after T6 treatment,and the machined surface of the alloy after T6I4 treatment has better machined quality. The regression is more likely to occur in 7055 alloy after T6I4 treatment under the influence of cutting temperature,so the cutting force of 7055 alloy after T6I4 treatment is lower than that of T6 aging heat treatment.
