面向产业技术追赶的技术竞争情报支撑体系研究论纲

Outline of the Research on the Supporting System of Competitive Technical Intelligence Service for Industrial Technology Catching-up

[目的/意义]如何充分发挥技术竞争情报的作用,快速有效地帮助我国产业实施技术追赶,准确把握产业技术追赶和创新的主攻方向,加速赶超步伐,是情报界与产业界应该共同关注的问题。[方法/过程]文章立足技术竞争情报的视角,从技术竞争情报的作用价值、国内外研究进展、研究框架与关键问题等方面开展研究。[结果/结论]初步构建了面向产业发展需求的技术竞争情报服务支撑体系的研究框架并梳理了关键问题,研究结果对于丰富技术竞争情报领域的相关理论,拓展其应用领域,促进我国产业升级与发展有着积极作用。

[Purpose / significance] How to use the Competitive Technical Intelligence（ CTI） to help our industries implement technological catching-up efficiently and grasp the main direction of the industrial technology catching-up and innovation accurately are the common concerns of intelligence community and industrial community. [Method / process]Based on the perspective of CTI,this paper conducts the researches on the aspects of CTI＇s value,the research progress at home and abroad,research framework and key issues. [Result / conclusion] The paper has basically constructed the research framework of the CTI service supporting system for industrial development and combed some key issues. The results play a positive role to enrich relevant theories of CTI,expand its applications and promote industrial upgrading and development in China.
