摘要
文章以青海省乐都县5户运行状况基本稳定的沼气池为研究对象,收集了2014年7月~2015年6月沼气池内外温度数据,系统研究了沼气池料液温度随环境温度变化的变化特征,分析了温度变化对沼气产气的影响。结果表明,料液温度受环境温度影响较大,出现特殊的“极值延后”现象,且料液温度越高,沼气池的产气状况越好。该研究结果将为调控青海省户用沼气池料液温度,进而提高沼气产气效率提供理论依据。
The temperature data were investigated for 5 stably operating digesters in Ledu County of Qingdao province from 2014 to 2015. The temperature variation characteristics inside and outside biogas digesters, the influence factors of temper- ature changing on the biogas production, were analyzed. The results showed that the temperature of biogas digesters were greatly influenced by environmental temperature, a special "extreme delay" phenomenon occured, and the higher the tem- perature, the better the biogas producing condition. The results of this study can be used to provide theoretical basis for controlling the temperature of the household biogas digesters, and to improve the gas production efficiency.
