财经类院校开放获取期刊资源建设现状分析与策略研究

Research on the Construction Actualities and the Strategies of Open Access Journals in Universities of Finance and Economics

通过调研财经类院校图书馆网站上建设的开放获取期刊资源列表,发现开放获取期刊在资源类型、学科和语言方面的布局、资源列表存在不合理重复建设,及资源可用性低、资源界面友好性问题。因此建议财经类院校注重开放获取期刊资源的保障策略和工作机制建设、学科和分类建设以及技术层面上的资源整合。

Through investigating the open access journal resource lists in the library websites of universities of finance and economics, the article analyzes the distributions of resource types, the subjects and the languages of the open access journals, and finds that the resource lists have several problems such as irrational and repeated construction, low resource availability and lack of interface friendliness. Therefore, universities of finance and economics should lay emphasis on the security policy and working mechanism, the subject and the classification construction, and the resource integration on the technical level of open access journals.
