摘要
运用网络调研、体验测试、案例分析、统计归纳等方法从社交媒体类型、信息更新频率、信息发布内容、信息服务功能等4个方面对社交媒体在图书馆的应用现状进行基本认知。认为图书馆对社交媒体应用缺乏统筹规划、资源利用服务较弱、没有充分发挥社交媒体的互动交流功能、信息发布的内容和形式单调等,并进一步从规范管理体系、注重用户体验、加强互动交流、增强服务功能和实施应用评价等5个方面提出优化图书馆应用社交媒体的对策建议。
This paper examines the social media application in Chinese libraries from type of social media, frequency of information updating, content of information publishing, and information service function by using of the methods of online survey, experience test, case analysis, and statistic induction. By analyzing the application of social media in Chinese main libraries, it obtains the following problems, for example, the overall planning is deficient, resource utilization is weak, the interactive communication function of social media doesn't fully play and the content and form of information publishing are monotonous, and proposes the improvement suggestions from 5 aspects : perfecting management system, focusing on user experience, strengthening interactive communication, enhancing service function and implementing application evaluation.
