摘要
与自发性阅读不同,阅读疗法帮助读者在阅读中实现自我情绪调节,缓解其不良情绪,释放精神压力,从而达到身心平衡。以苏州大学图书馆为例,通过研究阅读疗法在高校图书馆的实践情况,探讨适合高校师生读者的具体阅读疗法方式与内容。
Unlike spontaneous reading, bibliotherapy can help readers to achieve emotional self regulation, reduce the negative emotion, and release mental stress, so as to achieve the balance between body and mind. Taking the library of Soochow University as an example, this paper discusses methods and contents of bibliotherapy ser-vice for university teachers and students by studying the practice of bibliotherapy in the university library.
