In the new media era, We Chat public platform becomes an important platform for the transformation of library services. This paper introduces the main characteristic of the We Chat public platform of Hunan Library, ana-lyzes its shortcomings, and puts forward some countermeasures to provide reference for the We Chat service of the library.
