摘要
为了研究北京市昌平区蛇场眼镜蛇的死亡原因,对眼镜蛇进行剖检、病理组织观察、病原菌的分离培养、生化鉴定、16SrRNA PCR以及致病力试验,确定致病菌为中间克吕沃菌。药敏试验结果显示,该菌对阿米卡星、庆大霉素、亚胺培南、美洛培南、头孢他啶、头孢噻肟、头孢吡肟、氨曲南、阿莫西林/克拉维酸、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、左氧沙星高度敏感,对氨苄西林、氨苄西林/舒巴坦、复方新诺明、氯霉素、四环素、哌拉西林耐药。试验结果可为眼镜蛇感染中间克吕沃菌的治疗提供依据。
This study focused on the bacterial pathogen that infected snakes. Kluyvera intermedia was isolated from sick cobra of snake farm in Changping district,Beijing,through postmortem,histopathological examination,pathogen isolation, biochemical identification, 16 S rRNA PCR, and pathogenicity test. The result of antimicrobial susceptibility test showed that Kluyvera intermedia was highly sensitive to amikacin, gentamicin, gentamicin, meropenem, meropenem, cefotaxime, cefepime, cefepime, amoxicillin/clavulanate, piperacillin/tazobactam and levofloxacin; but resistant to arapicillin, ampicillin, chloramphenicol, trimethoprim/sulfamethoxazole, tetracycline and piperacillin,which provided useful information for treatment of cobra infection with Kluyvera interrnedia.
