摘要
筛选得到了一株能够分泌α-L-鼠李糖苷酶的菌株。利用TLC和HPLC的方法,对芦丁的生物转化情况进行研究。结果表明,该菌株可以将芦丁降解形成槲皮素。测序结果表明该菌种具有α-L-鼠李糖苷酶基因。根据菌落形态学观察和分子生物学的18SrDNA基因序列分析及系统进化树分析,将该菌株初步鉴定为黑曲霉。
A strain which can secreteα-L-rhamnosidase and degrade rutin into quercetin obtained through a series of sifting.The biotransformation of rutin was studied by TLC and HPLC.The results show,the re-sults of gene sequences showed that the strain carried theα-L-rhamnosidase gene by using molecular biolo-gy techniques,The strain was initially characterized as Aspergillus niger according to its morphological characteristics,sequence analysis of 18S rDNA and phylogenetic tree analysis of the colony.
