摘要 依据3C荣耀手机后盖注射成型特点,利用Moldflow 2012软件对3C荣耀手机后盖进行模拟分析,在优化浇注系统基础上,以该产品的缩痕指数作为判断质量的标准,利用正交实验和极差分析六个工艺参数对缩痕指数的显著情况,并运用中心复合法进行实验设计,建立影响最显著的三个主要工艺参数与缩痕指数多元二次回归评价模型,并利用遗传算法寻优得到最佳工艺参数。 Based on the injection molding characteristics of 3C glory mobile phone back cover, the simulation analysis on the 3C glory mobile phone back cover was carried out with Moldflow 2012 software. On the basis of the optimization of gating system and with the shrink mark index of the product as a judgment of quality standards, orthogonal experiment and range were used to analyze the six significant situation of process parameters on the shrinkage mark index. The experimental design was carried on using central composite design to set up the most significant impact of the three main process parameters and shrinkage index evaluation of a multiple quadratic regression model, and the optimum process parameters were obtained by genetic algorithm optimization.
