摘要
建立了气相色谱-质谱法测定聚偏二氯乙烯(PVDC)材料中18种邻苯二甲酸酯类含量的检测方法。使用正己烷超声提取,GC-MS外标法定量。在优化的实验条件下,18种邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物在5~20mg/L范围内具有良好的线性关系,相关系数大于等于0.9947,检出限(S/N=3)为0.07—4.84mg/L,回收率在64.6%~106.1%的范围内,相对标准偏差(RSD)为2.31%~6.07%。结果表明,该方法操作简便,精密度好,准确度高,满足了当前对PVDC材料中邻苯二甲酸酯类化合物含量的检测需求。
A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry method was developed for the determination of eighteen kinds of phthalate esters in polyvinylidene chloride (PVDC) materials. Samples were extracted by ultrasonic extraction with n-hexane, and the external standard method was used for quantitative analysis. Under the optimized experimental conditions, the 18 kinds of phthalate esters have a good linear relationship in the range of 1 - 250 mg/L, the correlation coefficient is greater than or equal to 0. 994 7, and the limit of detection (S/N=3) is 0.07 ~4.84 mg/L. The recovery of this method is in the range of 64.59% 106. 14%, with the relative standard deviation (RSD) of 2. 31% ~ 6.07%. The results show that the method is simple and accurate, and it can meet the current demand for the detection of the phthalate esters compound in the PVDC materials.
