摘要
用锑镁混合物(TOM-A1)和溴代三嗪(SR-245)制备阻燃丙烯腈-丁二烯-苯乙烯的共聚物(ABS),实验发现TOM-A1能够等量替代三氧化二锑(Sb_2O_3)应用在ABS中,制备的阻燃ABS拥有同样的阻燃效果和更好的物理性能。随着磷酸三苯酯(TPP)的加入,阻燃ABS的拉伸强度、伸长率、弯曲强度和缺口冲击强度先增大后减小,弯曲模量逐渐降低,熔体质量流动速率和黑度逐渐增加,当TPP的质量分数为1%时,阻燃ABS的拉伸强度、伸长率和弯曲强度最大。制备的超高流动阻燃高光ABS已经成功应用于超大尺寸电视机壳和高光泽电视机底座的制备。
The mixture of magnesium and antimony ( TOM-A1 ) and bromined tribromophenoxy ( SR- 245 ) were used to prepare flame-retardant acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene eopolymer (ABS). The experimental results show that TOM-A1 could replace antimony trioxide (Sb2 03 ) equally as the flame retardant agent in ABS, and the flame-retardant ABS with TOM-A1 has the same flame retardant performance and better mechanical properties. The tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength of the flame- retardant ABS increase first and then decrease. But the flexural modulus decreases and the melt flow rate and blackness increase when TPP is added. With 1.0 wt% TPP addition, the tensile strength, elongation at break and flexural strength of the flame-retardant ABS were the best. The ultrahigh melt flow rate and high gloss flame-retardant ABS which was prepared in this paper was successfully used in the preparation of large size TV shell and high gloss TV base.
