抗除草剂谷子新品种豫谷26的选育 被引量:3

摘要 豫谷26是安阳市农业科学院以安06-3152为母本、抗除草剂品种SK325为父本进行有性杂交,利用动态育种技术,在海南、安阳交替系选,经过4a计5代定向选育而成的优质、高产、抗除草剂谷子新品种。该品种2013年在国家作物学会粟类作物专业委员会第十届优质食用粟鉴评会上被评为“一级优质米”;2014~2015年国家华北夏谷区组区域试验平均产量为5921.3 kg/hm2,较CK增产12.71%;2015年国家生产试验平均产量为5841.8 kg/hm2,较CK增产13.33%;抗旱性、耐涝性均为1级,抗倒性2级,对谷锈病和谷瘟病抗性均为3级,对纹枯病抗性为2级;白发病、红叶病和线虫病的平均发病率分别为0.53%、0.12%和0.56%,蛀茎率为0.28%。2015年豫谷26通过全国谷子品种鉴定委员会鉴定(编号:国品鉴谷2015018)。 Yugu 26 was bred by Anyang Academy of Agricultural Sciences with An 06-3152 as female parent and SK325 with herbicide-resistance as male parent,through sexual hybridization and after 4 years of 5 generations of selection. It was a new summer millet variety with good quality,high yield and herbi-cide-resistance. Yugu 26 is named as first grade good quality rice in national tenth edible millet quality selection. In the national summer foxtail millet variety regional tests (North China) in 2014-2015,its av-erage yield was 5 921.3 kg/hm2, it was increased by 12.71% than the control Jigu 19. In the national foxtail millet variety production demonstration trials in 2015, its average yield was 5 841.8 kg/hm2, and inceased 13.33% comparied with the control Jigu 19. The drought and waterlogging resistance were all 1 lev-els,lodging resistance was 2 level,the resistance to millet rust and blast were all 3 levels,resistance to sheath blight was 2 level,the average incidence rate of millet downy mildew,red leaf,nematode disease and millet stem borer were 0.53%,0.12%,0.56% and 0.28%,respectively. Then,it passed the identifica-tion of National Commission for New Millet Varities Identification in 2015.
