As representatives of the empirical sociology and interpretive sociology, Durkheim and Weber created their unique ways of thinking of sociology. Through the comparison of the theoretical basis , the definition of research subject, the way of observing and interpreting subjects, the paper aims to specify the sociological sequence and to construct the sociological framework. The ultimate aim is to have a better understanding of the sociological method used between Durkheim and Weber.
