“绿色发展”理念引领下构建生态文明社会路径探讨

Path of Constructing Ecological Civilization Under the Guidance of the Concept of "Green Development"

人与自然交互过程中,人类主体性不断膨胀导致生态危机显现,这样的结果倒逼着人类反思并寻求更加理性和谐的发展方式,在绿色发展理念的引领下构建生态文明社会成为人类发展的必然选择。我国在充分认识人类发展规律的基础之上,不断发展生态文明之路。随着十八届五中全会"绿色发展"理念的提出,中国特色生态文明之路进入成熟与发展的新阶段。当前,我国处于经济社会的转型期,黑色发展与绿色发展对垒随处可见,在绿色发展理念的引领下,发展绿色文化与科技、推进供给侧改革、绿色发展政绩考核制度建设成为当下构建生态文明社会的重要路径。

Expansion of human subjectivity has lead to the ecological crisis, which forced man to seek more reasonable and har- monious developing ways. Under the guidance of green development, the construction of ecological society has been an inevitable task for us. The idea of green development proposed by The Fifth Plenary Session of the Eighth Session indicates that China＇s economic and social transition has entered the maturity stage. Under the guidance of the idea of green development, we should carry out the strategies of green culture and science and technology and the supply side reform. We should improve the evaluation system to build ecological civilization.
