在新常态背景下,资源型城市普遍面临产能过剩、环境恶化、经济低迷等问题,资源型城市转型迫在眉睫。从业态选择角度出发,探讨资源型城市在新常态背景下如何结合自身的产业现状,在发挥自身比较优势的基础上发展新业态,以便于资源型城市逐渐减轻最后实现摆脱对资源型支柱产业的依赖性,实现资源型城市向非资源型城市演变。

Resource - based cities are facing the overcapacity, environmental degradation, economic downturn and other issues, so the transformation of resource - based cities is imminent. From the perspective of format selection, this article analyzed how to develop new industries in order to reduce the dependence on the resources and finally get rid of dependence on resource - based industries, turning the resource -based city into a non -resource -based cities.
