犯罪人家属相对于犯罪人来说是基数更大的群体,承担更多的社会责任与义务,救助犯罪人家属是司法制度完善的必然要求。在实践中,犯罪人家属一直是被社会与法律所忽视的群体,本身不受法律苛责,但却因与犯罪人的密切关系而饱受诟病,正常的生产生活得不到有效的保证。这就需要从当前司法实践入手阐释其权利保障方面的缺憾,通过构建犯罪人家属救助制度去保障家属的正常有序的生活,提升社会对犯罪人家属的关注程度。

Family members of criminal are a larger group of people who should assume more social responsibility and obligations to rescue the criminals. In practice, families of offenders have been ignored by society and their normal live should effectively guaranteed. This requires the protection of the rights of family members of the criminal through the establishment of families of offenders relief system to protect them, and this should be paid more attention in the judicial practice in China.
