摘要
针对机载设备供电中高压宽范围输入转低压大电流输出的应用需求,设计了两级DC/DC变换结构。介绍了两级电路整体工作原理和各级电路拓扑结构,提出了断续模式下Buck电路开关节点防止振荡的措施。对传统半桥结构进行了改进,以使其适合第二级,并着重分析了改进后的电流馈电半桥工作过程。样机试验结果验证了Buck+改进型电流馈电半桥的两级变换方案的可行性。
According to the application requirement of high-vohage wide-range input converting to low-voltage highcurrent output in the power supply of airborne equipment, the structure of two-stage DC/DC converter is designed.The whole working principle of the two-stage circuits and the circuit topology of each stage are introduced.The measure for preventing switch node oscillation when Buck circuit works in discontinuous mode is proposed.The traditional half bridge structure is modified to make it suitable for the second stage and the working process of the improved currentfed half-bridge is analyzed emphatically.Prototype test results verify the Buck+improved current-fed half-bridge twostage conversion scheme is feasible.
