Study on Assembly Residential High-rise Design in Jilin Province

该文围绕吉林省装配式高层住宅设计研究这一课题,首先对吉林省装配式高层住宅建筑的发展状况进行了简要叙述,并对其建造特色进行分析。结合吉林省的气候特点,对装配式高层住宅建筑设计要点、单元户型的优化及外围护结构节能构造设计做了详细解析和梳理,以期达到在降低工业化建造成本的前提下实现吉林省高层住宅产业的健康发展。

Based on the subject of assembly residential high-rise design in Jilin, its development status is briefly depicted and its construction features are analyzed. Combined with the climate characteristics of Jilin province, the key design points, housing optimization and the energy conservation design for exterior retaining structures of assembly residential high-rises are analyzed in detail. It hopes to realize its healthy development on the premise of reducing industrialized construction cost.
